Today we felt rested and started to hike at 11.10. No wind at all and warm winds with lot of mosquitoes in the beginning. On the way up to Smoget we met a Norwegian man who was going to Övre Årdal. We got some information. He laughed a bit when we said that we were going to Vettisfossen. His comment was: Are you sure that you gonna watch that pee beam. Count on to be disappointed, it's not exactly a Niagara fall.
When we had that beautiful view over Fleskedalen with Hurrungane in the background we cooked some food. We were lucky when the tent felt out of Magnus backpack and rolled down towards a river and stopped just before.
A while after the food it began to rain and we camped unusually early for the night. It was really hard to find a good place but sometimes you have to take what you got. The time was about 19 PM and we were located north of the bridge beside Fleskedal cottage.
We were very slow this day it felt like we didn't moved forward. To the rhythm of the rain we felt in sleep at 22 PM. Rain all night long with some thunder. | | Picture comment | | Picture (thumbnail) | Picture 98-4-32 Our lovely camp at the wade. | | | Picture 98-4-33 Hansson on his way over.
