The weather was perfect! Quickly we ate some breakfast and soon we were on our way towards Galdhöpiggen. Because of the weather we filled all bottles we had with us. Known from previous walks here we know that further uphill no water could be found. This should be warm and hot day but we were prepared! The sun was shining and we could enjoy our climb towards the peak. A lot of stones and little snow made the climb easy and already after about three and a half hour we reached the cottage at the peak, once again…Should this be the last?!? We took almost one hour break at the peak looking at the surroundings and enjoying some food. Annika sunbathed and was even happier after a cup of coffee. More and more people reached the peak, mostly from Juvvasshytta. So soon we decided to walk down again. We haven´t walked far when a helicopter came with provisions to the hut. It looked a bit funny when all of the people were forced to stand on one side of the hut. Not often you see so many people up here. The climb down were almost faster and soon we reached the tent again. All in all, this hike took nearly six and a half hour.
