Even so, we can see how the sun meanders between the clouds and shines down on the mountain in front of us and then penetrate quite as we stand on the bridge. Day two has begun and when the tent was folded up, sleeping bags rolled up and we had left the camp behind us, so we took the car down to the docks again where we're going with the boat from the fjord's start to the fjord's end. We will take us from Gjendesheim to Gjendebu to hike Bukkelägret. After an hour's boat ride and the clock struck half past eight we are there and ready for hiking. First we visit Gjendebu and change into hiking boots. At nine o'clock we are off and a long walk is ahead of us. The sun shines brightly all day and, due to 10 degrees temperature we forget the sun protection. Seven hours later when we finally arrive at Bukkelägret, all of us red and sunburned. The tent is set up for a new night in Norway's stunning scenery.
