The car steered to Juvvasshytta. The last kilometers up the hill were really winding. Just outside the cottage there was a skiing-slope. 13.30 PM we walk in sunshine towards Galdhöpiggen. We took out our glacier equipment from the backpack and put it on. First a sightseeing hike then up to the peak where we found a lot of people outside the cottage. A chocolate bar and we were pleased. On the way down we walked on Styggebreen in southly direction. A little practice isn't wrong. We spent the evening at well-known Lom. How many times have we been there? A shower, roll-on and new underwear, wonderful! On the camp we made a taco buffet with sveler as first dish. It tasted like heaven. 29/7-99 This early morning we all felt that it should be good to drive home to Sweden. The car didn't complain and we discussed the next year hike. I hear someone say, it must be Jotunheimen again. Another voice sounds like this, never again. We'll see. Late at night we arrived to our hometown Varberg at the Swedish front.
