RECIPE

Smoke-cured loin of pork sauce

If you like to make a tasty and at the same time easy made dinner, try the recipe below.

Ingredients

  • 1.2 kilo bonefree smoke-cured loin of pork.

  • Butter.

  • 2-2 ½ spoons of curry.

  • 3 dl sliced leek.

  • 1 sliced green paprica.

  • 1 sliced red paprica.

  • 3 spoons of meal.

  • 2 ½ spoons of tomatoe puré.

  • 2 ½ dl strong vegetable bouillon.

  • 2 cans of Créme Fraiche.

  • 2 dl cream.

  • Eventually salt and pepper.

This is how we make the smoke-cured loin of pork sauce

  • Slice the smoke-cured loin in some butter and curry.

  • Add the vegetables and let all mutter until the vegetables becomes soften.

  • Add tomatoe puré and cream, stir.

  • Whip the meal and the bouillon. Add in small doses and stir.

  • Put the pot from the heat and add Créme Fraiche.

  • Add some salt and pepper if you like.
