Ingredients
1.2 kilo bonefree smoke-cured loin of pork.
Butter.
2-2 ½ spoons of curry.
3 dl sliced leek.
1 sliced green paprica.
1 sliced red paprica.
3 spoons of meal.
2 ½ spoons of tomatoe puré.
2 ½ dl strong vegetable bouillon.
2 cans of Créme Fraiche.
2 dl cream.
Eventually salt and pepper.
This is how we make the smoke-cured loin of pork sauce
Slice the smoke-cured loin in some butter and curry.
Add the vegetables and let all mutter until the vegetables becomes soften.
Add tomatoe puré and cream, stir.
Whip the meal and the bouillon. Add in small doses and stir.
Put the pot from the heat and add Créme Fraiche.
Add some salt and pepper if you like.
