Skogadalsbøen - Leirvassbu

Route info

Description

It's a rather easy route which isn't steep at all. The path follow Storutladalen and you walk along the river. Halfway to Leirvassbu you pass a power station. Smörstabbreen, the glacier is only a couple of kilometers far away from here in north direction.

The last bit of the leg goes on a gravel road. If you look back you'll see Hurrungane which gives new inspiration. In Leirvassbu you can't miss the mountain called Kyrkja which is a trip you can do the next day.

6 hours
