Vetti - Skogadalsbøen
Route info
Description From Vetti it's steep until you pass Vettisfossen and further on it's flat around the marshes in Vettismorki. And then up through the forest some kilometer until the mountain terrain starts. The path is flat when you pass Fleskedalen. But after a while you walk in the hillside which can be slippery when it's raining. Take a look to the left at Hurrungane and enjoy the views of Stölsmaradalen och Midtmaradalen. Just before you reach Skogadalsböen you must walk through a nasty bush area. But in Skogadalsböen you'll see that the terrain will change to meadows. Hiking time 6 hours Worth to know It's hard to find tent places. Around Fleskedalen will be ok. Don't miss Vettisfossen.

Staffed DNT lodge with 87 beds.
Season: end of june to mid of september.
One of my personal favorite. Situated with the great Hurrungane in the back.
