Fjällräven Hunter, Gore-Tex lining.
1996.
All my hiking tours. And it's also used on my fishing trips both in summer and wintertime.
This pant is fully equipped with thousands of pockets, nearly. On the left side there is two leg pockets and on the right only one, suited for perhaps your map. On the left there's also a small pocket for the knife or maglite. It's good that they haven't put a pocket at the back. And finally two usual pockets on the front. The pants have gore-tex lining. I have used it both summer and wintertime without any problem. The lining makes the pant comfortable and cool. When raining it will be wet outside but not inside and it don't take long time 'til it dry. You can use a pair of braces it works well. Then you got double security; you won't loose your expensive pants.
The price is not funny at all. But it lasts your whole life. It could be difficult to seal the end of the leg with the buttons; it's no good when it's snowing.
